No. Online tickets guarantee admission on your desired day but are not mandatory. We recommend that you buy your ticket online on weekends, public holidays and during Bavarian holidays, as there may be increased demand during these times.
Remaining tickets may be purchased from the spa ticket counter based on availability.
Certainly. Vouchers and the Siebenquell GesundWertKarte are recognised as a means of payment throughout the entire resort.
On their special day, birthday children receive free entry to the waterworld, saunaworld and GesundZeitReise (on presentation of ID). Enjoy your free feel-good time!
Yes. A large selection of bathing utensils, including swimwear and magazines, awaits you right next to the thermal spa ticket office (access is also possible via the water world). Open daily from 10 am to 9 pm.
Due to the current situation, we are unable to lend bathrobes and towels at this time. Feel free to stop by our spa shop, directly adjacent to the thermal spa ticket counter and open daily during the current opening hours.
To ensure availability, we recommend that you book your desired treatments before your visit to the spa. You can reach our staff at the Medical SPA reception Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm and by calling 0049 9253 95460 3053 or sending an email to gesundzeitwelt@siebenquell.com.
The choice is yours: Enjoy wraps and baguettes, a selection of hot dishes and desserts, cake and ice cream and hot and cold beverages in our Waterworld and Saunaworld bistros. We also offer cocktails and soft drinks as well as a variety of beers and coffee drinks at the Waterworld pool bar.
Guests are not permitted to prepare food or consume alcoholic beverages they bring with them. Guests may only bring small quantities of food and beverages with them for on-premises consumption (e.g. sandwiches, fruit, vegetables). Bringing large amounts of food and beverages to the spa (e.g. picnics, etc.) is prohibited.
Children are welcome. Our Waterworld features a separate area for small children with water toys and a water depth of max. 10 cm.
Please note: Babies and toddlers who need nappies must wear swim nappies along with a swim costume or swimming trunks.
Admission to the Saunaworld is only open to visitors under 16 years of age when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Admission to the GesundZeitReise is only permitted from 16 years of age.
Yes, there is a changing table in the Waterworld and in the changing rooms and locker areas.
Please note: Babies and toddlers who need nappies must wear swim nappies along with a swim costume or swimming trunks.
You are welcome to bring small toys with you.
It is not possible to reserve loungers.
There is a blowdryer in every changing room along with additional blowdryers in a separate room in the locker area.
Valuables may be stored in the lockable storage compartments in the hall between the Waterworld and Saunaworld. When using the lockers and lockable storage compartments, it is the sole responsibility of the guest to ensure that the respective devices are securely locked and to carefully store the transponder (key).
Only customary swimwear is permitted in the wet areas of the Waterworld and the GesundZeitReise. We kindly ask you to wear swimming trunks, a swim costume, bikini or swimming shorts.

Siebenquell visitors can park here free of charge. Please validate your parking ticket at the spa ticket office.
