Tourist tax, rebooking and cancellation conditions, inclusive services
A visitor's tax of € 1.50 per person/day is charged on all prices. Children up to the age of 16 are exempt from the visitor's tax.
You can view our valid rebooking and cancellation conditions here.
Unused inclusive services will not be refunded, not even partially, and cannot be exchanged.
Please note: Only non-smoking rooms are available at the Siebenquell GesundZeitResort. Smoking areas are designated in the resort.
Children's prices
The following discounts apply for children:
0 to 2.9 years - free of charge
3 to 11.9 years - 50 % reduction on the holiday price
Children sleep on a sofa bed / cross sleeper in their parents' room (both extra beds are only available on the ground floor).
Baby cots can be provided free of charge on request and subject to availability.
